Terranor has been awarded a Land Management Contract for street and park, operating area 1, in a collaboration contract for Linköping Municipality. The contract covers operation and maintenance of the municipality’s streets, roads, pedestrian and bicycle paths, parks and more within central Linköping, both during summer and winter.

The contract is for three years with the possibility of an additional four-year option. The contract volume amounts to approximately SEK 100 million. The contract starts on 2021-10-01.

Today we have completed the first training in Terranor’s training initiative Diplomerad Platschef. The training is carried out based on six module spread over a twelve-month period. The goal of the training is to strengthen the role of site managers in the company and through increased competence contribute to achieving Terranor’s goals.

The site managers are a very important position in Terranor and play a crucial role in Terranor’s success. With the training Diplomerad Platschef, we clarify the role and responsibilities of site managers and give them opportunities through increased competence to develop in their current and future role in the company, says CEO David Margula.

After completing the training with an approved result, a certificate is obtained that you are a Diplomerad Platschef, which is a mark of quality that the Site Manager meets the level of
competence Terranor has in its Site Managers. In addition to our Site Managers, staff who have the ambition to develop further in the company also participate.

Terranor has been awarded a Collaboration High contract with the Swedish Transport Administration regarding the Bräcke operating area in Jämtland.

– Fantastic fun, this win is proof of what a successful teamwork can result in, says area manager Pelle Kriström. We have a very competent organization in Bräcke so I am really looking forward to developing Collaboration high in operation and maintenance of roads together with Terranor and the Swedish Transport Administration continues and satisfied Area Manager Pelle Kriström.

The contract will begin in May 2021 with calculation and planning work Phase 1, thereafter, if the Swedish Transport Administration chooses to proceed to Phase 2, the operational work will begin with operation and maintenance of Bräcke operating area on 1 September 2022.

The contract is for 4 years with the possibility of alternatives up to two years with an estimated volume of approximately SEK 150 million.

Terranor wins three major contracts

Despite significant competition Terranor has won three road operations and maintenance contracts serving the Swedish Transport Administration. The contracts will be last for a period 4 years with two additional extension options of one year each. The joint contract value amounts to more than SEK 600 million.

All three contracts will commence on September 1, 2021.

Terranor strengthens the organization and welcomes Peter Ekdahl as new Procurement Manager, Anders Nordlander as Accounting Manager and Patrik Persson as the new Area Manager for Area Middle at Terranor AB.

On November 4, 2020, the German company Mutares acquired Nordic Road Services AB from NCC AB. In connection with the acquisition, Nordic Road Services AB will change its name to Terranor AB. The purchase includes ongoing contracts, personnel, machinery, and equipment. Terranor AB has 180 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 900 million and is headquartered in Solna, Stockholm.
